Hi everyone,

I've been on Ting for over a year now, and this week went to Canada on roaming. At first, I was able to text properly, but after texting a shortcode (5-digit) number once (trying to get a bus stop schedule), I now receive the message:

'Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active' every time I try to send a text message, and the messages do not go through -- even to numbers that previously worked (both American and Canadian)

However, calling the exact same numbers still works, and receiving messages works. Does anyone know what is going on? It's annoying not being able to send text messages while roaming.
