As Principal, Laure Majors has nearly three decades developing business for A/E firms. At FSB she is responsible for developing and leading strategic planning and growth initiatives, marketing and communication, and working collaboratively with FSB’s market sector principals. Laure’s unparalleled skills at establishing and maintaining client relationships continue to be a major force in driving FSB’s steady growth. Her expertise played a key role in helping FSB earn Metro 50 'Fastest Growing Companies' awards in 2017 and 2016.
Laure was the first woman in the firm's history to be named to FSB’s leadership as an Associate and is now the first woman Principal of the firm. In this role she works closely with FSB's owners, market sector leaders, discipline directors and project managers to establish connections, develop project strategies, identify business opportunities, market diverse services and explore new markets. Laure also serves as a leadership coach and mentor, responsible for preparing future leaders within the firm.

Her leadership and team-building talents are applied in the professional as well as non-profit communities. Laure is Chairman and Trustee for the Board of Regents at Rose State College, and for the past six years she has also served as Chairman of Governor Mary Fallin’s Feeding Oklahoma program, an initiative which has raised money to provide more than 15 million meals to hungry Oklahomans.
